In the past, the focus was on Refresher Training Courses for the in-Service Officers, and short Induction Courses for Officers newly recruited.

The Training Modules however have been substantially overhauled and streamlined since the year 2011.

The Training Calender for the year 2011-12:

1. Induction Course for District Judge (Entry Level) Officers, Phase-I from 19.02.2011 to 18.05.2011.

2. Induction Level Training for Phase-III from 18.07.2011 to 12.08.2011.

3. Induction Training (Campus Training) for Officers in the rank of Civil Judge (Junior Division) / Judicial Magistrate from 18.07.2011 to 07.03.2012.

4. CIS Software Training for Judges acting as Nodal Officers in the District under the E-courts Project on 28.05.2011 & 29.05.2011.

5. Refresher Course for Civil Judges (Junior Division) / Judicial Magistrates from 20.06.2011 to 24.06.2011.

6. Indo-American Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights for Officers in the rank of District Judge (Entry Level) on 13th & 14th September, 2011.

7. Seminar on "Juvenile Justice" for Officers in the rank of Civil Judge (Junior Division) / Judicial Magistrate on 22.12.2011.

8. Referral / Mediation Training for District Judge (Entry Level) Officers on 24.03.2012 & 26.03.2012
